Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified Civil Engineer with significant pavement engineering experience (ideally 15+ years) in a consulting environment.
  • •Chartered Engineer and/or RPEV accreditation, or working towards registration.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading the design and delivery of major pavement projects across transport, aviation and/or ports infrastructure.
  • •Recognised technical expertise in pavement design, rehabilitation, materials engineering, and construction methodologies.
  • •Strong understanding of Australian pavement design standards and investigation techniques, plus experience mentoring multidisciplinary teams and developing client relationships.
