Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the automation strategy for the manufacturing plant to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • •Provide hands-on installation and ongoing support for AMHS/ASRS, robots, cobots, and manufacturing automations.
  • •Lead, support, and coordinate development and deployment of AGV/AMR systems to streamline plant logistics.
  • •Ensure automation processes comply with industry standards and safety regulations while maintaining quality at minimum cost.
  • •Oversee planning, development, implementation, and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime; maintain reports and mentor the automation team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • •2–8 years of experience in engineering projects, plant automation, or maintenance, preferably in the electronics component or automotive industry.
  • •Experience deploying and maintaining AGV/AMR systems.
  • •Strong people management abilities with a history of guiding and nurturing high-performing teams.
  • •Strong problem-solving and communication skills to implement automation solutions and coordinate projects.
