Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and build a Recruitment Excellence team, driving high performance and continuous improvement.
  • •Define operational standards for recruitment at scale and align projects with business and talent goals.
  • •Provide strategic advisory to Talent, People, and business leaders to ensure alignment on the People and Talent roadmap.
  • •Oversee reporting across Talent platforms and resolve escalated tickets for the Talent function.
  • •Implement governance and performance auditing frameworks; lead capacity planning, contingent workforce and RPO management, and vendor/panel relationships.

Salary: GBP 82,000 - 111,000 annually

  • •Demonstrated success leading a Centre of Excellence (COE) or similar operational recruitment function.
