Key Responsibilities

  • •Own assigned projects from planning through completion, maintaining detailed plans across multiple concurrent technical/SaaS initiatives.
  • •Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and cross-team dependencies, including escalation paths to prevent delivery delays.
  • •Coordinate across segments and teams (Engineering Directors, Product Managers, Tech Leads, Marketing, CS, Support) to align deliverables and resolve dependencies.
  • •Maintain project health visibility through milestone, status, risk, dependency, decision, and scope/timeline reporting to Product and Engineering leadership.
  • •Host regular syncs and communications to clear blockers and drive timely resolution of cross-functional decisions, escalating unresolved issues when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in technical Project Management within SaaS or technology companies.
  • •Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional tech and data projects with multiple dependencies.
  • •Technical fluency working with Engineering and Product concepts such as APIs, integrations, data flows, architecture dependencies, and software delivery processes.
  • •Ability to take ambiguous or loosely defined initiatives and convert them into structured execution plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Experience using project/collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace (or equivalent).
