Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide information on all aspects of WHO country office operations by interpreting policies, systems, and procedures for office, field offices, and projects.
  • •Supervise operations staff and teams covering budget and finance, human resources, procurement, information and communication technology, security and staff safety, and general administration in line with organizational rules.
  • •Provide policy-compliant solutions that remain responsive to business needs.
  • •Assist in reviewing, coordinating, and assessing biennial division/unit workplans, including human resources plans.
  • •Deliver analytical inputs for financial monitoring and programme implementation monitoring, recommending ways to accelerate implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as finance, management, accountancy, economics, or business administration.
  • •Minimum two years of relevant experience providing administrative and managerial services in compliance with applicable rules and procedures.
  • •Experience supporting large public-sector administrative, financial, and management principles, procedures, and policies.
  • •Ability to analyze financial and administrative data and provide information and advice on financial policies and procedures.
  • •Expert knowledge of English.
