Operations Director, Payments

Lead the build-out of a regulated payments operations unit, establishing banking relationships, treasury operations, and core financial processes. Own day-to-day payment operations including transaction processing, reconciliation, reporting, and P&L and budget oversight. Drive regulatory compliance by partnering with state and federal regulators, while translating business requirements into technical solutions with product and engineering teams and building KPIs, controls, and risk management frameworks.
