•Define the product vision and prioritized roadmap for the Rules Experience and AI Studio stack, evolving Asana from isolated rules to expansive end-to-end workflows.
•Shape next-generation workflow-building and automation experiences that improve usability, discoverability, adoption, and product quality.
•Lead expansion of AI-assisted and prompt-driven workflow creation, making AI a first-class interface for building and scaling automation.
•Develop visual workflow authoring tools, including the Workflow Canvas, to make automation easier to adopt.
•Strengthen trust, control, reliability, observability, and governance foundations so enterprise automation scales safely.

•Technical competency translating complex workflow architectures, platform rules, and AI capabilities into seamless end-user product surfaces.
•Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
•Experience partnering with engineering, design, and data science to ship product improvements and define crisp trade-offs.
