Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop strong trust relationships with key contacts in assigned accounts and ensure contract KPIs are met.
  • •Be accountable for renewing contracts on time through PO receipt and booking, while increasing price and scope.
  • •Coordinate safe execution of contracted service deliveries to meet customer requirements and comply with HSE requirements.
  • •Provide SIOP labor planning aligned with backlog/front log to communicate long-term resourcing needs to Field Service leadership.
  • •Support employee development via the HPD process and rollout of processes, tools, initiatives, and new products.

Key Requirements

  • •Recognized industrial automation & control training or other relevant certificates, or equivalent experience.
  • •Min. 4 years of process automation industry experience.
  • •Min. 3 years supporting a services organization with exposure to periodic customer contracts, plus project management experience.
  • •Sales and negotiation skills to enable contract selling, upselling, and order closure.
  • •Strong contract administration skills (numbers and contract details/wording) with Excel knowledge and demonstrated ability to manage many tasks and priorities.
