Job Summary

Build a next-generation agentic AI platform end-to-end in a true 0–1 product environment. You’ll design and ship production-grade AI capabilities (agents, copilots, automation, and decision systems) alongside engineering leaders, ensuring reliability, controllability, cost-efficiency, and customer impact. Responsibilities include Python-first implementation across inference and orchestration layers, prompt/tool/memory/guardrails, LLM integration, scalable deployment on AWS/Azure/GCP, and production monitoring to address real-world failure modes.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and evolve agentic AI systems that reason, plan, execute, and adapt in production.
•Take AI-driven features from concept to production in an end-to-end 0–1 environment.
•Write and review production code across AI pipelines, inference services, orchestration layers, and supporting systems.
•Implement prompt engineering, tool use, memory, evaluation, and guardrails with production safety and reliability in mind.
•Deploy and operate LLM/AI services across cloud platforms and build scalable inference/orchestration architectures with observability and resilience.

Salary: INR 3,525,000 - 5,875,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of professional software development with significant experience shipping B2B products to external customers.
•Expert-level Python and the ability to design and deliver production-grade systems.
•Proven experience building, deploying, and operating AI-powered products in production (not only prototypes).
•Hands-on experience with LLM/GenAI systems in real applications such as agents, copilots, automation, or decision systems.
•Deep understanding of agent frameworks/orchestration, prompt engineering/tool use, RAG and vector search, and model evaluation/monitoring with safety/guardrails.
