•Coach ClayDRs in real time by running call reviews, joining live calls, and workshop messaging.
•Own pipeline generation, including outbound and inbound qualification, pipeline quality, and handoff to AEs.
•Represent the ClayDR function to sales leadership with visibility into pipeline health and outbound performance.
•Develop the team by defining what “great” looks like at each stage and building progression paths.
•Shape Clay’s outbound by pushing creative prospecting using Clay workflows, signals, and enrichment.

Salary: USD 160,000 - 190,000 annually
