Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
  • •Open and maintain accounts and originate consumer loans; process new consumer and new small business loan requests.
  • •Conduct financial conversations to determine client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • •Identify and document referral opportunities across lines of business using 360 View; build relationships through outbound engagement.
  • •Perform teller duties as needed and process transactions accurately, including handling currency and coin, check cashing, deposits/withdrawals, and loan payments.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
  • •1–3 years of banking or related experience required.
  • •Registered Mortgage Loan Originator per the SAFE Act within 30 days required.

  • •Working knowledge of personal computers, Microsoft software, strong 10-key skills, and digital platforms/CRM systems.
