Job Summary

Own and manage the end-to-end bid process for Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud opportunities across ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX. Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs to derive win themes and proposal strategy, build bid plans and timelines, and coordinate inputs from Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and Oracle teams. Write and edit proposal content, ensure alignment with Oracle product capabilities, maintain reusable proposal assets, and track bid outcomes with post-bid learnings.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage the end-to-end bid process for Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud opportunities across ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, etc.
•Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and analyze customer requirements to identify win themes and proposal strategy.
•Develop bid plans, timelines, and resource allocation for proposal creation.
•Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and Oracle teams to gather functional, technical, and commercial inputs.
•Write, review, and edit proposal content, maintain reusable proposal libraries, and track bid outcomes with post-bid reviews and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of bid/proposal management experience, specifically in Oracle ERP (EBS & Cloud) ecosystems across ERP, HCM, CX, or SCM.
•Strong understanding of Oracle product portfolio and implementation lifecycle.
•Experience handling large, complex RFPs and public/private sector tenders.
•Proficiency coordinating cross-functional teams and gathering functional, technical, and commercial inputs.
•Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and proposal automation tools, with strong written/verbal communication and attention to detail.
