Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the Regional Business Line Leader to identify, develop, and implement Canada objectives and strategies, including KPIs, guidelines, and targets.
  • •Build, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Operations Managers and Project Directors; support personal and business development goals.
  • •Ensure strong project delivery and client service through project oversight, staffing/workload balancing, and technical work aligned to scope, budget, quality, safety, and legislative standards.
  • •Act as a change leader by identifying and implementing needed changes to meet market, client, and workforce needs.
  • •Contribute to win strategies and successful project execution, escalate issues impacting client satisfaction or delivery best practices, and represent the business line at key events.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Building Engineering, Planning or a related field and 12 years of relevant Design and Building industry experience, including 4 years of leadership experience.
  • •15 years of increased supervisory, management and operational/financial experience, with industry-related experience essential.
  • •Experience in the Design and Building industry, including alternative contracting (integrated project delivery, P3, Alliance).
  • •Excellent supervisory and leadership skills, including strong interpersonal and communication skills and experience managing large teams of technical staff.
  • •Proven delivery as a Project Manager on large complex projects and/or programs; PMP certification is an asset.
