Job Summary

Develop embedded control software that logs and stores performance and error data to enable continuous monitoring, improving reliability and performance. Integrate components and third-party libraries into existing systems, and analyze/optimize application performance by resolving bottlenecks and meeting benchmarks. Act as a technical coach, run code reviews, collaborate with product, design, and QA to ship features, and stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Set software quality goals and development practices with the team, driving continuous improvement through rigorous standards and methodologies.
•Develop software to log and store performance data, usage, and errors to enable continuous monitoring of solutions and products.
•Integrate software components and third-party libraries into existing systems to ensure interoperability and smooth functionality.
•Analyze and optimize application performance by identifying/resolving bottlenecks to meet performance benchmarks and improve user experience.
•Serve as a technical coach, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to define and ship new features.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Engineering or above.
•6-10 years of professional software engineering experience in a product development environment, able to independently handle architecture and module design.
•Proficient in OOAD, algorithms, data structures, and multi-threading for concurrent and real-time software development.
•Familiar with RTOS (Realtime Linux) and software functional safety design, plus risk analysis, testing, issue tracking, bug fixing, and reliability improvement.
•Understand CAN/EtherCAT bus communication and IEC62304 documentation; experienced with Agile development and working cross-functionally in English and Chinese.
