Job Summary

Translate complex workforce and human capital data into clear analyses, dashboards, and reports that help stakeholders make better decisions. Partner with business stakeholders to define needs, gather and validate data from multiple sources, and identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities. Improve data quality, standardization, and processes so insights remain reliable and scalable within the Data & Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain contact with stakeholders to understand needs and business questions and act as a sparring partner.
•Translate business questions into analyses, reports, and dashboards that support advising clients.
•Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to create reliable business insights.
•Identify trends, deviations, and (commercial) improvement opportunities in data and clearly explain them to stakeholders.
•Contribute to data quality, standardization, and continuous process improvement to keep insights reliable and scalable.

Key Requirements

•Minimum HBO work-and-thinking level, preferably in data analysis, data science, econometrics, informatics, or a comparable field.
•Experience collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data and working with tools such as Power BI, Databricks, and SQL (or similar).
•Strong analytical skills to recognize patterns, relationships, and deviations in data and turn them into clear, practical business recommendations.
•Strong communication skills to explain complex information and support data-driven decision-making with stakeholders.
•A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset to engage stakeholders, spot new opportunities, and help the business become more data-driven using value-added data and AI tools.
