Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion strong sales-floor visual standards and execute operational directives and projects with the Operations & Visual Management team
  • •Move throughout the store to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs; support safe work practices through strong stockroom standards

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment
