Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate Europe Government Affairs planning, governance, and reporting processes, including executive reporting, business reviews, and leadership presentations.
  • •Maintain and enhance reporting tools, trackers, and performance metrics used across the function.
  • •Monitor relevant political, regulatory, and policy developments and conduct research and analysis on issues affecting the payments ecosystem and digital economy.
  • •Support development of policy briefings, executive summaries, and stakeholder engagement materials tied to Visa’s strategic priorities.
  • •Provide analytical and project support on policy issues and emerging risks, translating complex policy and geopolitical developments into business-relevant insights and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • •2+ years of relevant professional experience in government affairs, public policy, strategy, business operations, consulting, economics, research, financial services, technology, or a related field.
  • •Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • •Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365 tools.
