Key Responsibilities

  • •Support monthly sales and orders reporting versus plan/forecast, including variance analysis and leadership narratives.
  • •Perform margin analysis, return on sales calculations, and track backlog execution with commercial partners to explain drivers and risks.
  • •Contribute to the annual profit plan, quarterly forecasts, and rolling outlooks, including data collection, model updates, and consolidation.
  • •Analyze distributor buy-in, rebate accruals, and channel program tracking; evaluate pricing actions, deal economics, and promotional programs.
  • •Prepare recurring dashboards and executive-ready summaries; partner cross-functionally to resolve questions and drive process improvements, including internal controls and month-end close support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • •Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or commercial analytics.
  • •Prior FP&A, commercial finance, or manufacturing and distribution industry experience.
  • •Strong Excel skills with exposure to Power BI, Oracle or SAP, and Hyperion or Essbase considered a plus.
  • •Ability to translate financial concepts for non-finance audiences and present findings clearly.
