Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the folio of assigned aircraft during production and flight test until handover to the delivery center.
  • •Analyze new issues during assembly (non-conformities, customer findings, flightline issues), identify critical points, and drive action plans to closure.
  • •Train and mentor Aircraft Manager employees and support the ACM team as backup for Flowline, Flightline, and Cross Plant functions.
  • •Lead daily A/C review meetings, set priorities, and follow up daily aircraft milestones through the Master Production Schedule.
  • •Document and manage non-conformities across flowline/flightline, prepare FOT meetings and aircraft documentation for internal quality gates, and generate MSN status reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; alternatively, technician training in an aviation-manufacturing technical field.
  • •5+ years of working experience in aviation-related fields.
  • •2+ years of experience in an Aircraft Manager role within Airbus or in a leadership role.
  • •Fluency in written and spoken English with demonstrably effective communication skills.
  • •Knowledge of the SAP system and profound knowledge of MS Office, plus supply chain and quality knowledge.
