Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model.
  • •Assist across store departments including POS management, customer service, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using selling strategies.
  • •Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing with consumers.
  • •Follow HEYDUDE policies including asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance.
  • •A team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to move merchandise using appropriate equipment and perform backroom and sales floor tasks.
  • •Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and remain on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift.
