Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Project Managers with planning, tracking, and reporting to drive project financial performance.
  • •Consolidate, analyze, and present monthly and quarterly forecasts, results, and variance drivers vs. budget/forecast.
  • •Complete month-end close tasks including cost, revenue, and accrual reconciliations; deliver timely financial reports.
  • •Develop and monitor baseline/working budgets and EACs in partnership with program leadership; track commitments and resolve variances.
  • •Manage project accounting activities including accounts receivable/payable processing, unbilled revenue/accrual calculations, invoicing support, and earned value calculations when required.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a project controls role.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.

  • •Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and PivotTables.
