Job Summary

Develop and lead HR strategy execution that advances business priorities for assigned Finance & Supply Chain areas. Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to business leaders while translating business goals into a proactive people agenda. Drive talent management, workforce planning, succession and rewards processes, and provide change leadership through culture assessments and engagement action plans. Partner with HR centers of excellence to prioritize HR support, measure outcomes with talent data, and improve team effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, ensuring HR strategy integrates with business strategy.
•Translate business priorities into a comprehensive people agenda and execute it using talent metrics to monitor and adjust plans.
•Assess future talent needs, identify succession gaps, and deliver annual talent management processes including goal setting, performance discussions, succession planning, and rewards.
•Provide change leadership and organizational development by driving organizational planning, culture assessments, and engagement action plans while holding leaders accountable.
•Partner with HR centers of expertise to prioritize HR support, improve talent outcomes, and implement continuous improvement opportunities across the talent lifecycle.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 113,500 - 170,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree.
•5+ years of experience executing Human Resources and/or Organization Development practices and techniques in support of business objectives.
•2+ years managing and developing direct reports and teams.
•Experience partnering with senior business leaders.
•Advanced knowledge in talent management, culture development, team effectiveness, leadership assessment, change management, engagement, organization design, capability development, and coaching.
