Sales Associate III

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience for Coach clients while meeting individual and store sales goals. Build lasting client relationships through product expertise and styling advice, drive revenue via cross-selling and upselling, and support omni-channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video). Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, merchandising, and asset protection, while collaborating with teammates and participating in training and brand initiatives.
