Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation across project stages.
  • •Support the scheduler with progress updates and prepare scheduled and ad hoc project progress/KPI reports.
  • •Coordinate field activities between the General Contractor, Commissioning Agent, and Client, including field walks and punch walks.
  • •Support project closeout documentation and ensure QA/QC, including engineering quality assurance/control reviews for design drawings prior to construction builds.
  • •Manage project information flow through regular meetings and written communications; ensure awareness of quality, safety, health, and environmental issues, and support SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven post-graduate Mechanical or MEP engineering experience with both design and site experience.
  • •Engineering background with strong mechanical knowledge/experience and knowledge of MEP/Mechanical.
  • •Experience supporting delivery of construction and capital projects, preferably across sectors like data centers, critical infrastructure, aviation, life sciences, or energy.
  • •Bachelor or postgraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field, and a Project Management (or PMP) background.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordination across project delivery teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
