Key Responsibilities

•Architect and scale high-performance distributed AI infrastructure on-prem or in the cloud using NVIDIA GPU systems for new and existing customers.
•Support sales account managers by serving as a technical specialist to secure build wins.
•Establish and maintain technical relationships with engineers, management, and architects at key customer accounts.
•Provide on-site support to resolve hardware and software issues, focused on deep learning inference.
•Lead the product lifecycle from design-in to end-of-life and maintain NVIDIA-side infrastructure components while collecting findings at customer sites.

Key Requirements

•BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
•5+ years in high-tech IT with experience in NCP, CSP, site reliability, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Linux KVM).
•5+ years working with Kubernetes, Slurm, and Docker (or similar).
•Proficiency with AI tools (Claud, Codex, Perplexity, etc.) and monitoring/management tools like Redfish, Grafana, and Prometheus.
•Strong communication and time-management skills for coordinating complex, multiple initiatives.
