Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving client issues across a range of account complexity, coordinating with auction teams and stakeholders.
  • •Provide customer service by addressing inquiries related to vehicle condition and/or discrepancies while building positive internal/external relationships.
  • •Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and maintain communication with auction departments to ensure proper movement, organization of client inventory, and timely reconditioning completion.
  • •Inspect vehicles in the sales lineup, complete reconditioning estimates, coordinate and approve reconditioning services, and perform condition reports and imaging audits.
  • •Act as a liaison on auction processes and recommend/upsell Manheim/CAI products and services based on client needs.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination including 5 years of related experience.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to meet physical and mental requirements to execute duties within timeframes.
  • •Safe driving ability.
  • •Preferred: self-starter able to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • •Preferred: excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus prior vehicle reconditioning and/or auto body knowledge.
