Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end programme leadership by shaping, embedding, and communicating programme vision and direction, and empowering high-performing teams.
  • •Maintain assurance frameworks for robust management and control, including programme functions focused on outcomes and benefits realisation.
  • •Lead commission management and commercial/contractual delivery to ensure client satisfaction and performance objectives; contribute to business development and market expansion.
  • •Establish structured stakeholder engagement and decision-making frameworks across senior programme stakeholders.
  • •Oversee financial leadership, risk strategy, health and safety leadership, and people & culture responsibilities to build capability and drive inclusion.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience delivering complex transformation/real estate programmes (£100m–£300m+) with tangible benefits and outcomes.
  • •Strong project delivery background progressing into programme delivery management within a construction environment.
  • •Experience leading and working on large multidisciplinary teams, including project management, project controls, technical and commercial teams.
  • •Practical understanding of construction delivery models, procurement routes, and contracts (NEC, JCT).
  • •People management experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and programme management/reporting tools.
