Key Responsibilities

  • •Ship and maintain internal applications for mission planning, fleet & inventory tracking, post-flight review, regulatory dashboards, and CRM-adjacent tooling.
  • •Own business logic in code by translating how teams operate into clean data models and abstractions.
  • •Eliminate manual, error-prone workflows by replacing compliance paperwork, hand-offs, and status updates with software.
  • •Integrate existing tools (Notion, Slack, GitHub, OnShape) to automate data flows and provide a single source of truth.
  • •Design and maintain APIs/services for frontend integrations, plus build automations and AI-powered tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor/Master in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •A few years of experience building and shipping full-stack web applications.
  • •Track record of end-to-end ownership, including dealing with production messiness and shipping.
  • •Strong systems thinking with an ability to design for reliability and make architectural decisions.
  • •Frontend and backend proficiency (React/Next.js/TypeScript/TailwindCSS; Node.js/NestJS/Express or Python/FastAPI; REST APIs; PostgreSQL).
