Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and pilot the product engineering for manufacturing the product and monitor operational performance.
  • •Lead the fabrication/development roadmap aligned with Product Program Manager priorities via the product steering committee.
  • •Monitor adherence to schedules, scope, quality (including technical debt) and costs for product fabrication.
  • •Lead the product Agile Train for each Program Increment (PI): specifications, developments and validation, and synchronize delivery of product sub-components.
  • •Coordinate workload planning and team animation; ensure technical synchronization across teams for specifications, development, validation and delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •First experience in project management (internship or apprenticeship) in a technical environment
  • •Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project (or equivalent) and I-OBEYA for task management
  • •Experience with Kanban-based flow management (e.g., Kanbans under JIRA) and tracking functional debt
  • •Good written and spoken English; ability to work in a team and communicate plans and actions
  • •Proactive, organized, and able to share progress, difficulties and action plans
