Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement backend features for a multi-tenant SaaS platform covering WhatsApp Business messaging, broadcast, automation, and analytics.
  • •Own technical designs and drive cross-repo coordination across backend, frontend, messaging services, and billing.
  • •Debug complex production issues across distributed systems, including async job chains, webhook pipelines, and multi-tenant data flows.
  • •Build and use AI agents to accelerate engineering workflows such as requirement analysis, code generation, code review, and testing.
  • •Collaborate with PM, CS, and international engineering teams in English.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend development skills (any of .NET, Java, Go, Python, or Node.js).

  • •Ability to debug and resolve complex production issues across multiple services, queues, and databases.
  • •Experience using AI coding agents (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, or similar) as a core part of daily development.
  • •Experience with AI agent architectures/tool calling (e.g., MCP) or LLM-based workflow orchestration; .NET/C#, MongoDB, and Google Cloud (Pub/Sub, BigQuery, AlloyDB) are strong pluses.
