Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Director of Project Management in managing new and existing client relationships and driving new revenue through work generation and renewals.
  • •Lead bid teams and run proposal generation efforts with business generation and senior management.
  • •Provide weekly updates on project/initiative/staffing status, highlighting issues or conflicts where appropriate.
  • •Provide line management for assigned staff, including coaching and mentoring to support professional growth.
  • •Oversee financial management: track margin levels, forecasts, invoices, and accounts receivable; identify cross-selling opportunities and help develop U.S. strategies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Preferred: graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a project management role in the construction industry.
  • •Experience managing client accounts and leading teams of individual project managers while supporting staff.
  • •Strong understanding of the construction project life cycle and local construction market; relevant consulting experience is also required/expected.
