Support the Zurich Life HR Business Partnering team by delivering HR generalist activities across the employee lifecycle, coordinating annual HR people cycles, and enabling accurate HR reporting. Prepare HR documentation, trackers, and analyses to support governance and decision-making, maintain people metrics (headcount, FTE, attrition, absence, diversity, mobility), and partner with HR Operations to ensure employee data is consistent across systems.
