•Bachelor's degree with two years' experience in research, analysis, strategic planning, financial analysis, information systems, or related field; or associate degree with four years; or high school diploma/GED with six years.
•Advanced knowledge of SAS, SQL, SPSS, Python, R, or other related data analysis programs, including experience with datasets, programming, querying, and reporting design.
•Experience understanding analysis and research, and proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation, and flow-charting software.
•Preferred: insurance industry experience and knowledge of statistical and financial analysis and quantitative techniques.
•Preferred: experience developing, maintaining, and monitoring enterprise data governance policies and standards; project management experience; proficiency with research-specific statistical report writing software.
