Key Responsibilities

  • •Work as part of a 24/7 team with rotational shifts for security platform operations.
  • •Monitor and detect escalated threats and suspicious activity across servers, networks, appliances, and infrastructure for production and development environments.
  • •Administer and maintain security tools by performing lifecycle management, break-fix, patching, and live updates.
  • •Adhere to SOPs and notify stakeholders on log flow/log format issues; document best practices.
  • •Handle security incidents from multiple vectors, perform investigations/root cause analysis, coordinate repairs/service recovery, and document/close incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related field.
  • •Seasoned working knowledge implementing and monitoring SIEM or security tools/technologies.
  • •Seasoned experience handling security incidents end to end, including SOC/CSIRT operations, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and remote support.
  • •Knowledge of security architecture and security engineering across security technologies.
  • •Relevant networking/security certifications (e.g., CCNA, JNCIA; AZ-500, SC-200, Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM) preferred or advantageous.
