Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the asset database for 3,000+ vehicles and equipment across 350+ branch locations.
  • •Oversee annual registration and renewal for the current fleet via a 3rd-party vendor, including integrating new acquisitions.
  • •Manage vehicle maintenance programs and processes through the company Fleet Management Information System (FMIS).
  • •Lead onboarding and adoption of fleet R&M software by training users and promoting best practices.
  • •Provide support to field associates and drivers on fleet procurement, registrations, maintenance, and DOT compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •4-year degree or equivalent industry experience.

  • •Some knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations.
