Key Responsibilities

•Lead design, investigation, analysis, and construction of water management systems on mid- to large-size projects
•Manage and mentor project teams (5+ members) across multiple disciplines and sub-contractors
•Develop project proposals to grow the Water practice and provide long-term stormwater management solutions for clients
•Oversee preparation and review of construction package deliverables (drawings, specs, cost estimates, memos, reports)
•Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and drainage/civil design, including reviews of engineering reports and documentation

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,300.15 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BS + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•Professional Engineer (P.E.) in New Mexico or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment
•15+ years or more of relevant experience (preferred)
•Demonstrated progressive experience in stormwater evaluation and design (e.g., hydrologic analysis, hydraulic analysis, stormwater management design)
•Twenty (20) years or more of relevant work experience with stormwater management, design and permitting using AutoCAD Civil 3D
