Job Summary

Establish and lead a centralized RFX (Request for Proposal/Information/Quote) function supporting all three Strategic Business Units. You’ll design an enterprise-wide RFX framework, oversee end-to-end RFX execution, and ensure alignment with sourcing strategy, compliance, and cost-savings initiatives. Own KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to improve cycle time, quality, and consistency, while partnering with Commodity Leaders and sourcing teams to drive measurable procurement excellence.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, lead, and develop a centralized RFX team supporting all three SBUs with consistent processes and high-quality service delivery.
•Design and implement a standardized, enterprise-wide RFX framework aligned with sourcing strategy, compliance requirements, and organizational goals.
•Oversee end-to-end RFX activities, including project intake, scoping, documentation development, supplier engagement, evaluation, and award coordination.
•Partner with sourcing teams and Commodity Leads to identify cost-savings, efficiency improvements, and value creation across categories and business units.
•Create and own KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure performance, cycle times, quality, compliance, and realized savings.

Salary: USD 157,200 - 298,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree with minimum 12 years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 10 years, or 16 years relevant experience without a degree.
•8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
•Experience developing and managing enterprise-level RFX processes, tools, or centralized sourcing functions.
•Experience with DFAR compliant proposals.
•Proven knowledge of sourcing best practices, competitive bidding methodology, procurement governance, and supplier evaluation techniques.
