Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, prioritize, and execute real estate acquisitions and sales across all usage types.
  • •Steer complex single-asset and portfolio transactions and lead due diligence processes.
  • •Lead and develop a team of five experienced transaction managers and strengthen a high-performance collaboration.
  • •Prepare well-founded investment proposals and present them convincingly to investment committees, executive management, and foundation councils.
  • •Develop and maintain a Switzerland-wide network by systematically monitoring the market and translating trends into transactions and growth impulses.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in real estate, architecture, engineering, business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • •Multi-year experience in institutional real estate investment and transaction management with proven achievements in acquisitions and sales.
  • •Strong knowledge of the Swiss real estate market, real estate valuation, and execution of complex transactions.
  • •Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative, results orientation, and strong negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • •Very good German, French, and English skills.
