Lead and grow the Repayment UX engineering team, a full-stack group that builds the high-trust “Manage” experience for customers as they repay loans. •Lead and grow a team of engineers, setting expectations, providing direct feedback, and developing engineers toward their next level.
•Own the team’s technical strategy and multi-quarter roadmap, linking execution to initiatives that build customer trust and advance the business.
•Empower the tech lead and engineers to uphold design and quality standards, supporting technical design and cross-functional alignment.
•Own availability, reliability, and performance of consumer-critical systems, including on-call, incident response, and reducing operational toil.
•Drive shipping in small increments by breaking large programs into sprint-sized milestones with clear, accountable owners, and guide hiring and onboarding.

•Technical judgment to guide architecture, quality, and reliability decisions, empowering senior engineers.
•Experience leading end-to-end technical initiatives, including decoupling or re-platforming consumer-facing systems.
•Familiarity with modern full-stack development (React or React Native and a backend-for-frontend).
•Strong verbal and written communication for global cross-functional collaboration.
