Job Summary

Work with the Solution Architect team to build and optimize AI agents for enterprise use cases. Key Responsibilities

•Work with the Solution Architect team internally and externally to build and optimize AI agents for enterprise customers.
•Build hands-on AI agents for coding & DevOps, content creation, AI search, and tool use using low-code and high-code approaches.
•Perform context engineering and evaluation by creating test cases, collecting failures, and applying prompt engineering plus SFT/CT/RL.
•Summarize replicable use cases into presentable demo templates.
•Conduct workshops internally and externally to create strong technical influence.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
•Have project experience building and optimizing AI agents (internship or campus) in areas like coding & DevOps, content creation, AI search/deep research, or ReAct tool use agents.
•Communicate clearly in both written and verbal forms.
•Demonstrate strong analytical skills and hands-on problem-solving capability.
•Knowledge of model SFT/CT/RL and comfort in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment are preferred.
