Own Wise’s presence and growth in Italy, setting product direction and local execution through close collaboration with product, engineering, finance, and treasury teams. Lead and govern the Italian branch and operations, manage regulatory licensing and compliance, and deepen partnerships with financial institutions. Orchestrate incident responses with quantitative rigor, represent Wise to regulators and stakeholders, and drive brand awareness to expand customer impact in a key European market.
