Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop an engineers team focused on site reliability, platform operations, release engineering, and automation.
  • •Partner with senior leadership to define and execute the SRE roadmap for operational improvements and reliability.
  • •Drive incident response and escalation management, including root cause analysis and long-term corrective actions.
  • •Improve observability, alerting, monitoring, runbooks, and reduce toil across services and platforms.
  • •Plan and track SRE/platform delivery using Agile/Scrum practices and collaborate cross-functionally to align reliability priorities with business needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 153,000 - 255,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading and managing engineers, fostering collaboration, accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • •Extensive experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps practices, platform engineering, and infrastructure/production operations.
  • •Strong understanding of reliability engineering, operational excellence, incident/escalation management, observability, and scalable system operations.
  • •Strong working knowledge of cloud technologies, especially AWS; Azure experience is a plus.
  • •Familiarity with containerized platforms (Kubernetes/EKS, Docker, Helm) plus infrastructure as code and automation (Terraform, Ansible), and CI/CD/release automation concepts.
