Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support for SPC parameters and maintenance, including CTQ/CTC target setting, monitoring, and offline reviews.
  • •Facilitate pFMEA reviews and follow-up actions, and conduct DOA investigations along with the DOA process.
  • •Spend up to 50% of time in the cleanroom to support production quality improvements, data collection, and monitoring.
  • •Utilize SPC reports and chair cross-sector SPC review meetings to analyze data and drive structural process improvements.
  • •Develop quality processes and best known methods with Engineering and Assembly; generate weekly SPC reports and create action plans for underperforming KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS in Engineering (preferred Quality/Industrial).
  • •2+ years’ engineering environment experience with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, or 0+ years with a Master of Science degree in Engineering.
  • •Experience in a production environment with high-tech products and complex production processes.
  • •Experience with production engineering and quality methodology including Statistical Process Control (SPC) and FMEA.
  • •Ability to read optical, mechanical, and electrical drawings; strong MS Excel data management and presentation skills.
