Key Responsibilities

•Own and evolve BJAK’s visual identity across all touchpoints — from layout, typography, and motion to full-funnel campaigns
•Translate business, product, and marketing objectives into strong creative concepts and clear visual systems
•Develop scalable visual frameworks that work across markets, platforms, and formats
•Lead, mentor, and elevate a small, high-performing creative team
•Ensure brand consistency across digital, social, product, performance, print, and emerging channels

Key Requirements

•6-10 years of experience in art direction, design, or creative leadership
•Strong portfolio showcasing visual systems, campaigns, and multi-channel work
•Solid understanding of branding, design principles, and digital content
•Experience guiding designers and improving output through hands-on feedback
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and modern production workflows
