Key Responsibilities

  • •Own MES usage architecture for AM processes, including standard operations, workflows, and process plan setup.
  • •Define and maintain AM process parameters/specifications and controlled process documentation (WIs, traveler elements, workflow logic).
  • •Execute and document IQ, OQ, and MQ qualifications for equipment and processes to establish validated, compliant baselines.
  • •Lead SPC tracking, process capability analysis, and performance monitoring; troubleshoot process issues during production builds.
  • •Develop build layouts and optimized cell-level process designs; create standardized, reusable process templates and support PPAP-related inputs (control plans, PFMEAs, process flow diagrams, validation evidence).

Key Requirements

  • •University degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with minimum 3 years).
  • •3+ years of experience with laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) metal additive manufacturing, including process parameters, process controls, and machine functionality.
  • •3+ years of experience developing, validating, or sustaining manufacturing processes with process documentation, workflow control, and troubleshooting.
  • •2+ years of experience with MES, process architecture, or digital manufacturing workflows (steps, routings, or parameter-driven operations).
  • •Comfort leading technical documentation and process validation work across manufacturing systems (WIs, traveler elements, workflow logic, controlled baselines).
