Client Onboarding, Associate/ AVP

Coordinate and execute end-to-end client onboarding for new clients in Japan, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring timely account setup, system access, and training. Partner with sales and account management to collect client documentation, review information for completeness and accuracy, and manage onboarding plans tailored to Japanese market nuances. Perform name screening and handle escalations while providing ongoing support as clients transition to regular account management.
