•Assess customer banking needs, obtain and process customer and account information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products and services.

•Maintain FINRA registrations to refer clients to registered representatives in partnership with wealth management teams, with no direct investment sales.
•Maintain NMLS registration requirements, including compliance with background and credit check processes.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Typically five or more years of job-related, retail banking experience (or equivalent experience and training).
•Maintain FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 6, plus Series 63 (or Series 7 and Series 63 equivalents).
•Complete and maintain NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including required background and credit checks.
•Ability to recommend deposit and loan products and services that meet customers’ unique goals.
