Job Summary

Recruit students for online university partner programs through high-volume prospect outreach, follow-up communications, and consultative sales over the phone and virtual platforms. Qualify applicants against university admission requirements and career-goal fit, guide learners through the enrollment process, and serve as a program knowledge subject-matter expert. Support onboarding and mentoring for team members while improving processes and strategies to meet team goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct high-volume prospect phone outreach to web inquiries to secure weekly appointments.
•Follow up with prospective students via email and virtual platforms to complete applications.
•Deliver approved sales presentations and coach prospective students through the enrollment process.
•Qualify prospective students for admission based on university requirements and career-goal compatibility.
•Assist and mentor learners/students and team members; act as a program knowledge expert and propose process enhancements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years directly related experience to enrollment duties.
•Experience in higher education, teaching, or sales (preferred).

•Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work shifts (7am-4pm SAST).
