Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the transition of opportunities from pursuit and contract award through mobilisation and delivery.
  • •Act as Technical Delivery Lead, Deputy Programme Director, or equivalent senior delivery leader on major assignments.
  • •Build and lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, design, commercial, project controls, procurement, construction, environmental, and assurance disciplines.
  • •Establish governance, technical assurance, and decision-making frameworks for highly regulated, safety-critical environments.
  • •Support major bids and strategic pursuits by embedding technical delivery considerations from the earliest stages.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading technical delivery, engineering, design, or major workstreams within complex, high-value civil nuclear, defence nuclear, or similarly regulated safety-critical programmes.
  • •Track record across the programme lifecycle, including strategy/optioneering, business case development, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • •Strong programme controls and delivery acumen, including schedule, cost, risk, governance, change management, and performance improvement.
  • •Experience operating in complex stakeholder environments with clients, regulators, government bodies, delivery partners, designers, constructors, and specialist supply chains.
  • •Ability to obtain the security clearance required for supported programmes and projects.
