Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead adoption of AI-assisted development tools and workflows across SecDevOps teams, integrating AI into SDLC phases such as code generation, automated testing, documentation, and backlog refinement.
  • •Measure and track productivity improvements resulting from AI adoption.
  • •Lead engineering modernization initiatives including microservices architecture, API-driven integration, and data modernization to improve scalability and reduce technical debt.
  • •Partner with architects and engineering leads to align technical execution with modernization goals, challenge teams to adopt modern practices and engineering automation, and facilitate modernization roadmaps.
  • •Coordinate across development, platform, data, and operations teams by identifying delivery risks and technical dependencies, and translate modernization progress into narratives for leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership.

  • •Experience leading engineering transformation initiatives and guiding teams through technology adoption or platform transformation.
